My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had an amazing view of Osaka, with full-length glass windows making it feel very unique. The modern Japanese twist added a special touch, especially the entrance area for removing shoes. The location was perfect, next to JR and subway lines, with 3 malls around and only 10 minutes from the center. However, the size of the train station above the hotel was overwhelming, and although not near the city center, the shopping area underneath the building offered plenty of options for entertainment.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and excellently laid out, providing a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly and welcoming staff who were professional, lovely, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful for international tourists. The location was incredibly convenient, close to major subway stations and full of life, making it easy to explore Osaka. While the dining options weren't the best, the hotel made up for it with good selections of salads and fresh vegetables. Overall, a great experience with fantastic value for money.
